Learning to Lead @ Home is a one-day conference designed to equip parents/grandparents with tools and strategies to help them build disciples within their home and within those in their circle of influence. Worship will be led by Jonathan and Emily Martin. In addition to music, Jonathan and Emily host a podcast entitled, "As You Go," and have written family discipleship and worship materials. They share, "As the Lord has continued to grow our family, He has also grown in us the desire to encourage and equip families to worship God together, not only on Sundays, but with all of their lives." The day will consist of family worship, special guest speakers, and lunch. A children's program will be provided for those 4 years of age through 5th grade. Childcare will also be provided for those younger than 4 years of age.

Meet The martins

Jonathan & Emily are singer-songwriters and worship leaders that met and started their music ministry in Nashville, TN. They write songs and devotions to help people of all ages see that God’s Word is beautiful, powerful, life-giving, and helpful. They have a passion for creating music rooted in and filled with the Word as a powerful resource for personal and corporate worship, family worship, scripture memory, and everyday encouragement in the lives of believers. Over the past 7 years, they’ve released 7 albums and travel (along with their three kids: Judah, June, and Milo) sharing their songs and leading worship for churches and groups all over the country in hopes of encouraging the body of Christ and families to see and love Jesus more through the gift of His Word and to live lives full of worship to God. In addition to serving local churches, they are contracted songwriters for several LifeWay Kids curriculums and have led worship for various events for the TN, NC, and IL Baptist State Conventions, as well as state-wide WMU events, the NRB annual convention, Answers in Genesis women's conference, LifeWay's Centrikid camps and VBS Preview events.
